What is this course all about?
A big part of my transformation was changing what food I ate and knowing I was in full control over the food I ate. I never allowed the food to control me. For so many years I allowed food to control every aspect of my life which resulted in me blowing up to 426 pounds. I know there are so many people in this world that feel like they have no way out. However, what it comes down to is just that there are a lot of people in this world that just need to know the basics. That is truly what its all about. Basics. Once you have the basics down then the sky is the limit. Lets not overwhelm you with imformation and just get you started on your journey with food.
What kind of materials are included?
There will be videos, audios and documents you will be able to use though this lesson on basic nutrition. I will provide you the tools I used consistently to help you along the way.
How long will the course take to complete?
The course will last only 5 days. I recommend if you do one lesson a day and take the time (maybe 30 minutes) each day then apply all of them together everyday of your life. I guarantee you optimal mind, body and spirit.

As i said before there will be 5 lessons and if you do 1 lesson a day and apply them to your life i Assure you will look great, feel great and overall optimal health.

In this lesson we will go over the basics of what all food is made of. It gets so overwhelming trying to figure it all out but if you just watch these three items in a balanced way, I can guarantee you will have an overall balanced mind body and spirit.
